Michael Holliday is an expert in leadership and change. He is particularly interested in leaders as persons of influence.
Michael's passion is to help leaders increase their influence in all directions no matter what their position in the organisation. He believes that leaders don't just direct their gift of leadership to the people under their care; they also influence those with authority over them, impact their peers and most importantly know how to lead themselves. His desire is to see individuals take their leadership ability to the highest level, inspire others and breakthrough roadblocks so that their teams accomplish more.

Shona Ward
Shona has been helping organisations develop their leadership and people management skills since 1987. She works at all levels in organisations from executive teams to front line staff and has the ability to create learning environments that are challenging and fun, where people feel able to take risks and be honest about themselves.
Shona comes from a psychology and psychotherapy background and has a keen interest in bringing self awareness and other aspects of emotional intelligence into leadership and management development. She believes self awareness forms the essential basis of building trust and integrity in business relationships. Shona understands that becoming more self aware can be both nerve wracking and exciting!
In the last five years she has been involved in providing training and development for organisations as diverse as Microsoft UK, Post Office Ltd, Roddons Housing Association, Cable & Wireless (West Indies), Newham District Council, Unilever, Anglian Water, Bradford Community Housing Trust, Fosroc (Dubai), NEC, Circle Anglia, Affinity Sutton, Network Housing Group.
Margaret Zuppinger
Margaret Zuppinger specializes in interpersonal, behavioural and presentation skills training, with a particular focus on developing leaders who want to develop themselves and their people, and in so doing run successful organisations profitably for all.
Margaret believes passionately in supporting people to become the best they can by the achievement of personal, professional and organisational goals and objectives, within their chosen professions and disciplines. With 25 years’ experience in training, she knows that for influence and change to have impact and lasting effect, it must start with the leader’s vision, their ability to communicate that vision, and the courage and determination to step out of their comfort zone to ensure that vision becomes a reality.
