We facilitate organisational change projects of all kinds. Here are some examples of what we do.

Co-operative Food

21st Century Leader has worked with Co-operative Food during two huge changes: a merger with formal rivals Somerfield; and a radical change in the way that people are recruited, trained, managed and led.

This has involved facilitating vision and strategy events for the HR leadership team; training project leaders; facilitating project launch events; and providing coaching and mentoring for key senior managers.

Dakin Flathers

Dakin Flathers is a small engineering company, supplying specialist bandsaw and bandknife products. We've helped them to agree and implement an ambitous business plan.

Larry started working with our company five years ago, following a very positive recommendation from one of our suppliers. At the time our performance was declining and we were unclear about our future strategy. Larry helped us to create a vision and a series of measures to embed this vision into the people and into our culture. It is not an overstatement to say that the results were dramatic. Within a few months of Larry's work, we had an ambitious five year plan, productivity had increased by over 30%, managers were transformed in their level of responsibility and everybody was pulling together towards a common goal.

We have worked with Larry regularly since this exceptionally successful beginning and continue to find him invaluable in helping us to find ways of empowering the people within the company.  He is particularly good at working with people at all levels within the company, from senior managers to machine operators. He is also able to create an environment where the initial impulse is followed up with a sustained series of measures and an action plan.

Our ambitious five year goal was achieved one year ahead of schedule. We are now full steam ahead on our next five year goal, again supported by Larry. I am quite clear that the level of success we have reached would not have been achieved without Larry.
